If you start looking for information about healthy water and it's description you might find out a statement that “electrolytically-reduced, hydrogen-rich water works to restore your body to a more alkaline state, which is optimal for good health.”
We all heard about the importance of water filtration process. There is no doubt in it. But is that all? Is that the only one criteria which defines quality of the water?

Let's get to the point.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the Danish chemist Soren Petr Lauritz introduced the pH indicator, which reflects the degree of acidity or alkalinity of the environment - the quantitative ratio of H + ions and OH- hydroxide ions formed during the dissociation of water.

The pH scale determines the acidity of a substance with values ​​from 1 to 14. Position 7 is conditionally neutral: anything less than 7 is acid, and more than 7 is alkaline.

Our body lives and functions properly only in a right alkaline environment (blood pH is 7.43). The body will maintain this indicator at any cost. It will give its last strength to maintain the pH balance of the blood, otherwise life will stop. In developed countries, a doctor's meeting with a patient begins with measuring the pH of saliva! If there are deviations from the norm, an anamnesis is collected: what the person eats, what he drinks, and in what quantities.

Almost everything that we eat and drink is 80% acidic and acidifies the body, forcing it to waste its vital resources on transforming acidity into alkaline. It is important to understand that all processes in the body take place with the participation of water, so it is necessary to manage your water balance at the right level. But even more important to provide your body with the alkaline water so it works to restore your body to a optimal alkaline state where is no place for diseases might exist.

Redox potential (ReDox)

is a characteristic that defines a liquid oxidizing agent, or reducing agent. If ORP ➕, then the substance is an oxidizing agent, if ➖, then it is an antioxidant.

The lower the ORP value (the more negative it is), the more efficiently the substance fights against oxidants.

If a liquid or water with a positive ORP and free radicals enters the body, then it takes away electrons from the cells, and the cells undergo oxidation and destruction. To assimilate such liquid, the body needs to spend a lot of of energy in order for the environments to balance.
We already endlessly acidify the body! Acidic diet, soda, alcohol, pizza, cocktails, sweets, fried food and etc. Even bottled and tap water! Constantly. Even fresh vegetables rich in antioxidants are not so great helpers for us. They lose their maximum negative ORP after several hours after their gathering, and even more due to the chemical processing in supermarkets and due to the cooking. Unfortunately, "thanks" to the human progress, there are only few places in the world where you can still find water with natural alkaline value and negative ORP (very far away in France and Japan).

First element 

Moisturizing masks, serums, patches, tonics, lotions, balms... Antioxidant smoothies, teas, diets, dietary supplements... Hydrogen bottles, inhalations, cocktails... A multi-billion dollar industry of "beauty and health" is trying to give our bodies additional resources for recovery and regeneration.

Did you know that molecular hydrogen is one of the most powerful sources of health and beauty for us? It is the first element in the periodic table, the element that water is made of. And that is why, any health and beauty recommendation begins with regulating water balance!

How much water should you drink? Some doctors (and the WHO) recommend 30ml per 1kg of weight. Other nutritionists still argue it’s 2 liters. But only a few true specialists go into the details on water quality and the sufficiency of molecular hydrogen in it.

Hydrogen

has four main functions: antioxidant effect, anti-inflammatory effect, regulation of apoptosis, enhancement of cellular recovery.

Hydrogen is a unique element due to its high degree of cell penetration. It penetrates the cell membrane and the mitochondria, regardless of blood flow. This is why molecular hydrogen (H2) effectively reduces the amount of free radicals inside the cells not only of the body, but also brain, protecting them from degeneration.

H2 acts as an antioxidant molecule by selectively neutralizing toxic radicals in our body by turning them into water. This is accomplished because H2 is the smallest molecule in the universe, allowing it to easily enter the mitochondria and scavenge for toxic radicals.

What does it mean? One simple thing. Unfortunately for the corporations offering “magic pills” for our wellness, as soon as we start drinking the hydrogen-rich water, our body, organs, skin and hair will thank us by improving health and restoring natural beauty on their own.

Also if water has a different molecular cluster size it might affect it's hydrating potential. For example if molecular cluster contains only five to six water molecules instead of ten to thirteen, it is changed from an irregular shape that is 10-13 molecules to a hexagonal regular shape that is half that size. This smaller or “reduced” water might be much more hydrating than other types of water. So this micro-clustered water hydrates the cells more efficiently and, secondly, it is extremely detoxifying. Just look at the photo of blood drop under the microscope after 10 min of drinking different drinks and healthy water!
